Owen's off on parental leave (from Olivia's birth), so we have been doing weekly adventures locally with the kids. One particular day after Christmas, we bundled up and went sledding. After a meager 3 runs the kids were done. Inspite it being so much work to get them ready, we're pretty sure it was worth it. I think this is one tradition that will improve as time goes by.

Erin - you be pleased to know that it does actually get easier. Both of my girls can bundle themselves up now for heading out in the snow (well, Becca still needs help with mittens) and are out the door in no time!!!
